• Pre-Orders: Pre-orders will arrive at our facility in approximately 4-5 business days. We will then need an additional 1-2 days to co-wash the hair before processing and shipping your order. You can expect to receive your order within a week and a half.

Yes, our bundles are 100% human hair and can be bleached or dyed. However, we do not recommend coloring or bleaching the bundles yourself unless it's done by a licensed professional. Improper bleaching or dyeing can damage the hair, shorten its lifespan, and affect the overall quality.

If you’re looking to achieve a specific or vibrant color, we highly recommend purchasing our 613 blonde bundles. These are pre-lightened and made to take color easily, making them the best option for custom coloring with less risk of damage.

To maintain the health and longevity of your bundles, always treat them with care and use deep conditioning treatments regularly—especially after any chemical processing.
